Advanced websites.Smarter systems.
AI is changing what a business can build and how quickly it can move. The advantage goes to the ones who have it doing real work: on the website, in the software, across the tools the team uses every day. I'm Ty Lampella. I build all three.
Fixed scope. Price agreed before work starts. Work directly with me.

A few things I can build
See it working.
A website, connected tools and AI agents,
each one live on this page.
Your style. Everywhere.
We start with page layouts and a visual style guide. Together, we shape the structure, typography, colors and reusable components before I build your website.
Start here.
A fresh perspective changes everything.
good thing.
A clearer path from a good idea to what comes next.
own rhythm.
Good ideas deserve to be turned up.
One inquiry.
A few things handled.
Your website and the tools behind it,
working together.
AI agents
working for you.
I connect AI to your tools and knowledge, so one agent or a team can move work forward.
Find information in your connected tools, analyze it and turn it into useful findings.
Draft content, develop code and prepare assets using your brand and business knowledge.
Update records, share context with other agents and move work across your apps.
Agents check agreed signals, flag problems and start the next steps you define.

01 / What I do
At your
service.
A website that brings in the right inquiries. A site that loads fast. Software built around how the team works. An automation that takes a job off someone's plate. Each can be the whole project. When it needs several, I build them together.
Websites that
do the work.
Not a brochure. A site that explains what you do, qualifies the inquiry, books the call or takes the payment, and hands the details to the tools your team already uses. I plan it and direct it. A system I've built does the writing, the design and the build, forms and checkout included, and I check every piece before it goes live.
Website
performance.
Speed comes from the whole setup: optimized code, lighter images and scripts, plus professional hosting and servers from DreamHost. I find the bottlenecks, tune the right pieces and measure performance before and after.
CRMs &
business software.
Customer records, portals, registration platforms, dashboards and internal tools. I can configure existing software or build a custom application around how your team works.
Payments &
integrations.
Take a payment, manage a subscription or offer a payment plan. I build Stripe billing flows and connect your tools so information gets where it needs to go.
AI agents &
automation.
AI connected to your tools, knowledge and workflows. I build individual agents and coordinated systems that can research, create, analyze and move work forward, with the access and oversight your business needs.
Search, analytics
& Google Ads.
Get the site ready to be found, measure what customers do, and see which ads lead to business. I handle technical SEO, conversion tracking, reporting and Google Ads management.
Management &
ongoing care.
A monthly plan for maintenance, content updates and agreed improvements. DreamHost provides professional hosting when included; I look after the website and the ongoing work.

The scope sets the price. These ranges help you see what fits before we talk. You'll get a written plan with the work, price and timeline agreed before we start.
Small projects
New features, improvements and optimizations for your website or the tools your business uses. A faster site, a new landing page, payment integrations or useful automations.

A foundation I know well.
Built by me.
Hosted on DreamHost.
A fast website takes great code and great hosting. I combine code, image and script optimization with professional hosting and servers from DreamHost, configured for your project. We measure the result, from server response to Core Web Vitals.
I’m proud to be CMO at DreamHost. For the projects on this site, you hire me independently; DreamHost provides the hosting.

04 / The person you work with
Small on purpose.
I'm the person you talk to and the person responsible for the work. I plan it, build it, check it and help you get it into use.
I've built websites and systems since 2008 and spent eight years running an agency for local businesses. Today I'm CMO at DreamHost. My independent projects bring that marketing experience together with the practical work of building sites and systems, leveraging the power of AI models and harnesses where appropriate.
Competing in 2026
It’s 2026.
Build your advantage.
Research, design, build and testing,
connected from the first idea.
The advantage comes from putting AI to work across your business: connecting what you know, the tools you use and the work you need to get done. I build the websites, software and agents that make those connections useful.
That same approach shapes how I deliver your project. Highly integrated AI systems connect research, design, development and testing, shortening production cycles and reducing overhead. You get my design judgment, code review and hands-on testing throughout, with more ambitious work within your project budget.

05 / Working together
How a
project runs.
One conversation, one written plan, one person responsible from the first call to the handover.
One conversation.
You tell me what you have and what needs to change. I tell you whether it's a small fix, a full project, or something I need to look at before I can quote it. You hear back from me, not a form.
A fixed price, in writing.
The scope, the price, the review points and the timeline, in one document before any work starts. If the scope changes, the price changes first, in writing. No surprises on the invoice.
Built, tested, handed over.
You see the work at each review point. Before launch I test the paths that matter: the inquiry that has to arrive, the payment that has to clear. Then you get the accounts, the custom work and the instructions. You own it.

A first AI project that pays offAI Workflow Automation for Small Businesses: Where to Start, What It Costs, and How I Build It
A few practical questions
Before we talk.
Can you work with what I already have?
Yes. We start by looking at the site and tools you use. Sometimes the right answer is a connection or a repair. If something needs replacing, I'll explain why.
Can I hire you just for a website?
Yes. A website can be the whole job. The other services are there when you need them.
Can you make my existing website faster?
Yes. You can hire me specifically for website performance. I audit the current site and agree the changes to code, images, scripts and delivery. When hosting is part of the project, I pair those optimizations with the right DreamHost hosting and server setup. We compare before and after, using real visitor data where available to check Core Web Vitals.
Do you build CRMs or use existing ones?
Either, depending on the job. If existing software fits, I'll help set it up and connect it. Custom tools make sense when there's a specific need worth building for.
Will AI be making decisions for my business?
We decide what the workflow can do and what needs review. Some tasks need ordinary automation; others benefit from AI. Customer communications, permissions and important decisions get clear rules before anything goes live.
What will I own?
The custom work covered by our agreement, with your business in control of its domain and service accounts. Third-party software stays subject to its own licenses and fees. You get the information needed for another provider to take over.
How long will it take?
That depends on the scope, my available start date, and what we need from you. The schedule and review points are agreed before work starts.
What happens after launch?
You can take the handover and run it yourself, or arrange ongoing care. We'll write down what is covered, the response times, and any recurring costs.
Will a rebuild affect my search traffic?
It can. I plan redirects, check the important pages and record a baseline so we can watch what changes. No one can guarantee rankings will stay the same.
What would you like
to work better?
Your website, your tools, or the work between them. Tell me what you have and what you want to change. I'll read it myself.
